Fatma Zohra Souidi
Cofounder, La Chef

Born and raised in Algiers, Fatma spent the first part of her professional career working as a senior cultural specialist at U.S. Embassy Algeria. Since immigrating to the United States, she has begun to pursue her lifelong dream of sharing her love of cooking and Algerian cuisine with the world.

LaSean Knox-Brown
Cofounder, Chief Taste Tester

A former diplomat and current food connoisseur, LaSean met Fatma while on assignment in Algeria, after which they co-created a local television show called „Inside the American Kitchen.“ He is now happy to partner with Fatma and taste test her creative cuisine.
